Return Policy:

All returns must be initiated within 5 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their unused, original condition.

 

Damaged items:

Our product is carefully packaged to avoid any damage to items during transit. Please inspect your package for any dents, holes, or signs that it has been tampered before accepting it. We will not accept returns due to natural color variation in the wood and metal. If the product(s) have been damaged please email us at hello@eberlyshometownedesigns.com within 5 days of delivery.

 

Cancelling or Changing an Order:

Once your order is placed, we cannot guarantee it can be changed or canceled. If you wish to make any amendments to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

 

Product Images:

We do our best to display accurate images and colors on our site.  Depending on your monitor settings, the color may appear slightly different online than in person.  While the difference is often minimal, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the color displayed on your monitor. 

 

Product Measurements:

We strive to provide exact measurements in our product descriptions whenever possible. However, due to the nature of the wood and metal, there may be slight variations to the listed measurement.
